Something seems to be broken in your environment as you already posted a similar problem here: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/cef4318e-85a3-4a3c-8dfc-6c7f52d9b0ce/software-center-question?forum=configmanagergeneral#df1b3f5d-90d8-49f4-815b-38cf11b3008c. What logs have you examined so far? What does execmgr.log tell for example?

It's almost impossible to help if there are no (obvious) errors are showing up. Where to start troubleshooting then?

OK, on which log you've seen this access denied error? Sorry I didn't go through entire thread. So I would suggest first check whether the clients are able to communicate MP or not (locationservices.log). Check the policyagent.log to confirm whether the client is able receive the policies. Next is to check whether the client is able get the list of DPs from MP so that it can download the content (locationservices.log, CAS.log and more details in the following article)

Go step by step....as mentioned in the post below.

I saw access denied in the sccm consel >Monitoring > Deployments >like my May2014 deployment >view ststus for error >error tab and in there is shows 2 workstations failed to update >error code 0X80070005 access denied

on one of the workstations that had access denied in the locationservices.log I found this -

[LOG[LSGetLookupMP: Unable to find any lookup MP(s)]LOG]!><time="08:46:22.010+240" date="06-04-2014" component="LocationServices" context="" type="2" thread="4268" file="lsad.cpp:2485">

On one of the workstations that i deployed the package to in the execmgr.log this is all it says

[LOG[Raising client SDK event for class CCM_Program, instance CCM_Program.PackageID="BSC0000C",ProgramID="TWAIN Deployment", actionType 1l, value NULL, user NULL, session 4294967295l, level 0l, verbosity 30l]LOG]!><time="06:39:00.039+420" date="06-04-2014" component="execmgr" context="" type="1" thread="5196" file="event.cpp:405">

and it also says "In progress" like it says in sccm consel in monitoring.

Yes, I know this is an old post, Im cleaning up old post, did you get this fixed, if so what was the solution?

Since no one has answer this post, I recommend opening  a support case with Microsoft Customer Support Services (CSS) as they can work with you to solve this problem.
