lot of sccm clients not scan properly, i got below error codes.

 last scan error code -2145107941, -2145107943 and 2359301 .

Please suggest how to troubleshoot.

I assume you are talking about Software update scan? the errors seems related to HTTP Proxy,

-2145107941 - Same as HTTP status 407 - proxy authentication is required.

-2145107943 - Same as HTTP status 404 - the server cannot find the requested URI (Uniform Resource Identifier).

and the last error you are seeing is "The system must be restarted to complete installation of the update." for the first two I would start looking inte Proxy settings, and if that can be the problem.

Do a proxy reset and reboot also check on your Windowsupdate.log which will tell you the proxy server detail.

Yes, This is regarding software update scan.

present setup is native mode and only 300 PCs having scan issue out of 6000 PCs.
