I have a scenario in which to open any document in document library we use Office Web Apps. i.e. every document will only be viewed in it's web app. Now my work is to implement a custom functionality:

  - When viewing a document in Office Web App a user should be able to select any section of the document content and should be able to save that content in either HTML/Web Page so that it can be shared with any other user or group.

All this must be done within the Office Web App. We are using SharePoint 2013.

I think office web apps doesn't support customization.

The OOB provide the Copy method, we can Copy the content and add it to a web page to achieve it.
