I made a number of device collection.
I set up software update service
I want to set the device collection in the name server
I'm interested in the device servers are collection of the updated server updates but will not restart after updates
How do I set it up

I don't get the first few line. If you need to prevent servers to reboot after update in the software group deployment you need to check the suppress reboot box.

I strongly suggest looking into maintenance windows if you plan to manage windows update on the servers.

what is this option is the client setting ?

Those settings become effective if restart is not suppressed. A countdown is displayed before the computer actually reboots.
