Hi madhuajj, The report builder on the sharepoint site have a build-in report server site, so long as your account has the permission to this operation, you could open the report builder. To the separate client apps, you should give a correct URL of SharePoint top-level site or subsite. (for example, http://servername, http://servername/site or http://servername/site/subsite). Otherwise, you will give the error message: unable to connect to server that is specified in the URL make sure that the server is running, the URL is correct and you have the permission to use the server This is the similar thread, you could click it to get some reference http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/eu/sqlreportingservices/thread/86ad3a9a-1947-4fc5-ab6c-2b65de6e036b Thanks, Challen Fu Challen Fu [MSFT] MSDN Community Support | Feedback to us Get or Request Code Sample from Microsoft Please remember to mark the replies as answers if they help and unmark them if they provide no help.

Can i connect to 2 different report models in report builder report..

Hi Madhuajj, Based on my research, you can only select one of them, if you want to connect to 2 different report models, you have to redesign the report model.
