Hi George Zhou, Actually, matrix is used to display grouped data and summary information, so aggregate sum or count will be appended automatically, if you do not want them, you could delete them manually. why? because when drag and drop to the table/matrix control a int column, it automatically gave sum(ticketno). Now, I got it. Fu's "manually" means remove the sum(). thanks for the hint Chintak.
