report administrator and report viwers
how to create 2 groups like report administrator (writes to create reports) and report viwer i have loaded SCCM 2012 R2 administrator ---member of sms admins does not have rights to open report either via SSRS or from report tab i have used domain account to install SSRS

When an administrative user has at least Site > Modify permissions it will get modify permissions for reporting and when an administrative users has at least Site > Read permissions it will get read permissions for reporting. Thanks but still i am not clear my question is i am administrator (member of sms admins group) i am unable to view report either from console or report (link) so by default should have access to report? if any settings need to change at database level i have used domain account to install reporting service and service is up and running but  administrator unable to access the report if any alternative way to fix this issue? after fixing this issue i want to create 2 group like report administrator and report viewers

error during accessing report user name administrator:
    An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted)

            Log on failed. Ensure the user name and password are correct. (rsLogonFailed)

First off, I never recommend access the report via the console too much overhead.

If the reports will not work from the web interface, they will never work in the console.

The error message that you posted above is clear. there is a permission issue with your SSRS execution account.
