You don't see the Multiple Upload documents if you don't have the correct browser - so you need IE and/or if you don't have the correct version of Office installed on the client PC. Please supply details of which browser you are using (with version number) and also if you have Office installed and if so which Office products (again giving the version numbers (2003 / 2007 /2010) of *each Office product. But you can use windows explorer as well.. to open your document library as it is folders in your pc and just copy and paste your documents.Mai Omar | Senior Solutions Developer | ITEgyptCorp | MCP, MCTS, MCPD, MCITP & MCT Microsoft Certified Trainer | Email: mai_omar_86@live.com | Blog: http://maiomar.itegyptcorp.com

> But you can use windows explorer as well.. Simpler to use Upload Multiple though, so let's solve the question asked before deciding there is no way he can use it. THEN we can look at alternatives.SP 2010 "FAQ" (mainly useful links): http://wssv4faq.mindsharp.com/default.aspx WSS3/MOSS FAQ (FAQ and Links) http://wssv3faq.mindsharp.com/default.aspx Both also have links to extensive book lists and to (free) on-line chapters

Hi, >i am using out look version 2003 As you said you are using outlook 2003 and we are assuming you have installed Office 2003 (word 2003, excel 2003 etc) in your machine. Check following points: 1. Enable Client Integration: It should be enable Go to your Central Admin -> Application Management -> Authentication Providers ->select your app--> Edit Authentication-->In Client Integration Section. If it is not enabled, you need to enable it by clicking on “Yes” radio button and save it 2. Second option: Check the Active X in your browser Open Internet Explorer-->Tools--->Internet Options--->Security Tab--->Trusted Sites Icon--->Click Site button--->Type Website name in text box--->Add--->Close--->Now Click Custom Level button (near bottom of window)--->Scroll to Active-x controls and plug-ins---->Set all to Enable--->OK Restart your browser and check it again 3. Go to C:program files\microsoft office\office11 and check whether Stsupld.dll is existing or not if not then install it Let us know your resultCheers, Hemendra-MCTS "Yesterday is just a memory,Tomorrow we may never see"

hi omar, Thanks for your replay, so , "multiple documets upload" feature will be avilable only if MOSS is installed on the server right ?? Thanks Prashanth J

Hi, Have you selected your web application from "web application" dropdown, which is there at the top of the page. In authentication page, you are only able to see web applications not sites (as you said you have created two sites). >so , "multiple documets upload" feature will be avilable only if MOSS YES Cheers, Hemendra-MCTS "Yesterday is just a memory,Tomorrow we may never see"

Prashanth, First, Can you click on the web application drop down in the Authentication providers section? Do you see a list of web applications? This should display, at the very least, your central administration site. Thanks V V
