I am new SharePoint and still learning it.

I have been tasked to do the following on office 365 E3 SharePoint edition.

I have created a promoted links. so i put my link on the tile

/gphr/ts/Shared%20Documents/Forms/My%20Documents.aspx. if i save the site as template and create new site


new site name with the template is abctest and @ stored at Regions subsite. if we click the tile, it is go to this url /gphr/ts/Shared%20Documents/Forms/My%20Documents.aspx
Not is

/regions/norway/abctest/Shared%20Documents/Forms/My%20Documents.aspx.

I am not sure what is the best way to do this. please suggest me.
