I'm startng to experience really slow performance on my WSS 3.0 sites. I monitored the servers (app and db servers) and the servers are never maxing out on CPU's, usage and the DB usage is minimal. when the page renders on any site from the server and it happens at all times of the day, first thing in the morning, mid morning, afternoon, evening, etc. so there is no specific timeframe to narrow down to.
