hi all I have a problem with remote tools in configuration manager when I try to connect some machines I got this message "there is already an active Remote Control"I restart SMS agent service , restart the machines but the problem still exist ??any suggestions

thanks for your replybut I read the mentioned article and I also tried to restart the machines but the still exist (no connection should be exist after the restart )

I found the problem it was due to a conflict with an update "KB968389" after uninstall it the remote tools worked fine
