I am seeing an interesting problem with some users logging in to our Sharepoint Site. We have Sharepoint 2007 and SQL 2005 running on seperate windows 2008 standard servers. The users are defined in a general group in AD and then defined withing the Site or Sub-Site of various Sharepoint sites. We are not using the AD groups to provision within Sharepoint. Each user is provisioned to a Sharepoint Owner, Member, or Visitor group. Not all users of the system work within our Domain. They are located throughout the building. What I am seeing is that when a user, that doesn't login to our domain, tries to access the Sub-Site, they can't login. If I take a PC and login to the Domain where Sharepoint is as them and then logout, they can login to the Sub-Site with no problems. Any ideas?
