Hi IT Experts,

I have a problem in transfer data of Quickbooks Pro 2013 system made from Windows Xp (Service Pack 3) to new PC which runs on Windows 7 Pro.

After reinstalling the Quickbooks Pro 2013 system to new PC, I restore the backup data files made from old PC - Windows Xp (Service Pack 3), however the Quickbooks in the new PC cannot properly run, originally all the account code made from old version of Windows with a hyphen " - " , now the new PC shows as " ? ". Besides, when posting entries, it display error saying that no such account code. 

I just know the problem comes from :

the Quickbooks system running on new PC with Windows 7 Pro cannot show the account codes with an hyphen " - " properly, it displays as " ? ", hence causes error in running the Quickbooks system.

I look forward that someone in the group can help me to solve the problem.
