parallel processing not supported by analysis services processing task?
When configuring an analysis services task node in BIDS, if the processing order is specified as parallel processing, there will be a yellow warning, saying Analysis services standard edition does not support parallel processing. this confuses me, as every thing is well if i use SSMS2008 to process. thanks in advance. Hi Kalman i think I have the enterprise edition installed. if not, there should be a warning when i specified the parallel processing option in SSMS2008. Thanks.

I've upgraded now using SP2 - still got same issues.
Edition: Enterprise Edition
PatchLevel: 10.2.4000.0
SP: 2
Version: 10.2.4000.0
In SSIS, my Analysis Services Processing Task has a version of: 10.0.1600.22. Could this be the issue?

I've run this through Profiler and can see it running in Parallel.
It must just be a warning / notification.
