You can track it through the database as well. Login into your content database.
You can query recyclebin table over there to get more informationThanks, Rahul Rashu

First of all, do not attempt to query your SharePoint databases for that item. In a production environment, even read-only queries directly against SharePoint's databases are unsupported. This is because any sort of query can lock up some
or all of the rows within a database and lead to degraded performance for end users and/or data corruption for your SharePoint environment. This is why Microsoft does not support direct access of SharePoint's SQL databases and requires that you access that
information via a SharePoint web site, the SharePoint Object Model, SharePoint's Web Services, or STSADM.
Can you clarify something for me? From looking at the path you posted, it looks like you could have deleted one of two items in that path, and it is important to understand which one you deleted and what type of SharePoint object that item was. Did you delete
the entire LicenseCompliance container or did you delete the Templates and Guides container? And is the item you deleted a subsite, a library, or a folder within a document library? This is important, because if you deleted an entire subsite, SharePoint 2007
does not capture their deletion in a recycle bin, so the only way you're going to be able to retrieve it is if you have a backup of the site collection, content database, or farm that the site resides in that you can export it from and import it back into
your farm. (there is a free site recycle bin you can add on to SharePoint 2007 at
https://governance.codeplex.com/ but that's not going to help you with this issue)
If its not a subsite, when did you delete it? If it a while ago, the object may have been moved to the site collection's second stage recycle bin (I believe the default in SharePoint 2007 is either 14 or 30 days for this, can't remember), so you should ask
your site collection admin to check there and see if its in it. If its not there, a backup is going to be your only possible option.

The file, "AllItems.aspx", sounds like the default view that is created whenever a list or library is created. So, my guess is that only the view was deleted somehow and you can always create a new view using your browser.
Also, I believe when something is deleted, it'll be in the recycle bin of the user who had deleted that item. So, you won't see it in recycle bin when you access the site. Did you get a chance to check the recycle bin while the browsing the site as that
particular user who had deleted it?
