i am updated CU4 on all site servers so new pacakage hotfix is created like X86 and X64 so it needs to deploy to all clients including DP, Site systems, SQL servers? second question how to install hotfix package during OSD deployment?

Hi,

Yes the client needs to go out to all devices, anything that has the configuration manager client installed, ie The All Desktop and Server clients' collection.
