One of my client have two lync front end pools, at present all the ports are opened between these two pools, now we want to restrict the network ports between the pool servers.

please help me to, which are the ports need to open between different lync front end pools.

Just to get a clearer understanding: is these two (2) pools located at the different location? (e.g. Production & DR)

What is the reason that your client is having this request to perform port restriction between these two (2) pools? Personally I would recommend but I would like to understand the requirement first.
