negative sign “-“ to the right of the decimal instead of parenthesis “()”.
Right now my SSRS 2005 report is showing negative number like this (250.55). I need the negative sign “-“to the right of the decimal instead of parenthesis “()” like this 250.55- Any suggestions?? Thanks, Pratul.

Thank you for prompt reply Kalman. It's currency field and i've already formatted the field as "C" to get $ sign in front like this ($250.55). Your code is working fine but then i don't get $ sign in the front. it shows like 250.55- but i need to show like $250.55- Any suggetstion to get $ sign in front like $250.55- Thanks Pratul.

Location: MID Fiscal Year: 2009 Fiscal Period: 3 Currency Code: USD Account Receipt Disbursement Daily Total Running Total AUD-465-USD ($668,093.58) $0.00 ($668,093.58) 3/2/2009 ($668,093.58) $0.00 ($668,093.58) AUD-465-USD $49,970.95 $0.00 ($618,122.63) 3/3/2009 $49,970.95 $0.00 $49,970.95 AUD-465-USD $225.00 $0.00 ($617,897.63) 3/4/2009 $225.00 $0.00 $225.00 AUD-465-USD $25,365.00 $0.00 ($592,532.63) SID-465-USD $0.00 $9,340.00 ($583,192.63) 3/5/2009 $34,705.00 $0.00 $34,705.00 AUD-465-USD $82,477.99 $0.00 ($500,714.64) 3/10/2009 $82,477.99 $0.00 $82,477.99 AUD-465-USD $503,936.27 $0.00 $3,221.63 3/18/2009 $503,936.27 $0.00 $503,936.27 AUD-465-USD $80,620.00 $0.00 $83,841.63 3/19/2009 $80,620.00 $0.00 $80,620.00 AUD-465-USD $171,240.00 $0.00 $255,081.63 3/23/2009 $171,240.00 $0.00 $171,240.00 AUD-465-USD $66.00 $0.00 $255,147.63 3/24/2009 $66.00 $0.00 $66.00 AUD-465-USD ($350.00) $0.00 $254,797.63 3/27/2009 ($350.00) $0.00 ($350.00) SID-465-USD $0.00 $2,875.98 $257,673.61 3/11/2009 $2,875.98 $2,875.98 $257,673.61 $0.00 $257,673.61 In attached SSRS 2005 report i am grouping by date and within date i'm showing acconuts. In group footer i'm trying to do sum depends on TYPE field. For Receipt Column =IIf((Fields!Type1.Value= "R"),Sum(Fields!Amount.Value),"") For Disbursement Column =IIf((Fields!Type1.Value= "D"),Sum(Fields!Amount.Value),"") But report is putting sum either in RECEIPT or in DISBURSEMENT column depends on whatever record is 1st. For Receipt Column in report footer =IIf((Fields!Type1.Value="R"), Sum(Fields!Amount.Value), "$0.00") For Disbursement Column in report footer =IIf((Fields!Type1.Value="D"), Sum(Fields!Amount.Value), "$0.00") Same way page footer is not showing the correct value. Instead of $257673.61, it should have been 257673.61-9340-2875.98 = $245457.63 And Disbursement column in report footer instead of $0.00 it should e 12215.98 Any Suggestions what i'm doing wrong here. Thanks, Pratul.
