All you are trying to do is to move a visual studio solution and it's projects. I don't see how this is any different just because it happens to be an SSRS project. I'd repost back in TFS and maybe explain in a bit more detail what you are trying to do. Craig Bryden - Please mark correct answers

Hi Sumany, Just open the rdl report project via BIDS(2008 R2), then the reports will be converted to this version automatically.
