missing fields in a data source when creating a scorecard

Hi

I have created a dashboard using the SharePoint list. I am using this dashboard to create a scorecard and the fields I want to use are not displaying in the drop down list. How can I make all the filed show in the drop down list of the scorecard creation wizard

The aim is to create a dashboard that will report on the selected fields from this list I used as a data source.

Hi Nozipho,

According to your post you want to create a dashboard with dropdown to show the report based on the dropdown selected value. 

To accomplish this, you may have to pull the data from SharePoint list to excel and use the excel service to show the report. Please follow the below link which should help you more.
