manual cleanup entries in client deployment failure report
The fallback status point records clients installation status details in the SCCM database and you are able to view this statusfor failed or pending installations in the client deployment failure report. I've seen that there are old entries from client which had at one time some issues, but are now sucessfully installed. Most entries are cleaned up when a client is succesfully installed, but not all for some reason. Isit possible to clean up fallback status point entries which are no longer relevant or do not match with the actual situation and are not removed by the site system component?

Unfortunately, there is not a cleanup process for this. We should remove the record from the failure report after we get a success state message for that same system. I had a TAP customer who wanted to clean up the success records from beta2 for their RC deployments, and there was not a supported method to do so.
