Hi Marcus, Based on my research, SharePoint doesn't support Office Word in local PC browsing and linking the mail merge source in SharePoint site. But you can use Office Access to link a SharePoint list and then you can use the access database in your Word mail merge, pelase check the following article for more information, http://blogs.technet.com/b/msonline/archive/2010/09/13/mailmerge-from-sharepoint-online.aspx ThanksRegards, Daniel

Can you provide a MSFT reference that I can quote because my user swears that she used to be able to do it. I've been pulling my hair out trying to figure this out and all my research says that it can't be done either but the only reasons I can give are anecdotal. People have suggested workarounds (i.e. renaming to UNC or mapping a drive letter) but everytime I do that, it still recognizes the path as http:. It would be nice to see something office from the Office group stating that sources that exist in SharePoint sites can not be used in the mail merge operation without first copying the file to their local drive. Thanks Dave Petersen
