Hi there I´ve been doing some notifications and I found some email template called mail listener but i dont know how they works. when I ask to join a group I receiver one of them "Forefront Identity Manager service error: Cannot accept approval" the mail body is something like this: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Your request was received and processed. The results are below. We did successfully add these members to the groups: None The following members are pending authorization before being added to the groups, as requested: Bob Marley to OPERATIONS Please visit the Forefront Identity Management Portal for more details. We were unable to add these members to the groups: None The reason for each failure may be that the user or group is not managed by Forefront Identity Manager, or that you do not have sufficient permissions to use Forefront Identity Manager to manage them. Please contact your Forefront Identity Manager support personnel for assistance. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I just want to know how FIM trigger this kind of notifications. cheers

You should be able to attach these notification templates when you create a process like AuthZ/Action and you can have a notification activtiy attached to the process. After creation of the process, you can create an Policy i.e. MPR and specify the process created before in AuthZ/Action phases. Thanks, Sri
