My computer crashed and when I got it back I had lost most of my programs. I had Print Shop 23 but lost it and have lost installation disc, But I keep getting message configuring Print Shop 23. How do I get rid of this messaging?

Either a System Restore- select any Restore Point prior to that crash issue or, run the Fix-it application:

Fix problems that programs cannot be installed or uninstalled

It seems the programs are corrupted and need to be removed and reinstall.

Run Windows in Clean Boot Mode and the message will disappear:
