You need a third-party partition manager such as Acronis True Image.

Thank you for your question.

By default, we could not change a logical partition into primary partition. A disk will be divided into three primary partitions and logic partitions, the order is primary partition, primary partition, primary partition, logical primary (the following is logical primary) 

If we want to change login partition, we could delete the third primary partition and all logical partition, then create a bigger primary partition. 

We should backup database before we do that.
