How to find out if machines migrated WIN7 either PXE , refresh (Windows XP to Win7) & standalone boot image by checking the log files on targeted or migrated machines

Hi,
It depends on how your Task Sequence looks like, but you could perhaps find it in the SMSTS.log file, but most likely it is cycled. I would check the report "History - Specific task sequence advertisements run on a specific computer" there you can see step
by step for each computer and you can see which steps it has run.

heres how to get the SMSTS.log
Troubleshooting PXE and OSD Deployment problems
Troubleshooting with the help of
SMSTS.LOG and F8
here's how to extend the log file size and number...
add the following in the Installation Properties window for the Setup windows and ConfigMgr step
CCMLOGMAXSIZE=5242880 CCMLOGLEVEL=0 CCMLOGMAXHISTORY=5 CCMDEBUGLOGGING=1
to Highlight something in SMSTS.log you need to use Trace32.exe/Trace64 available from the CM07 toolkit and click on Tools, select the word called Highlight and enter the text you wish to highlight, if it's case sensitive select that option.
Once done, your highlights will appear in Yellow
to find differences in log files you could visually compare them, use a tool such as WinMerge to find differences,
cheers
