hi kindly let me know sms 2003 sp1 or sp2 need to download? again if any pack required to install for e.g software updates, OSD etc limitation of product ?

Limitations of the product.... well it hasn't been supported for year now so basically any modern OS will probably not work and not supported for sure.

I strongly recommend to upgrade!
