integrating 3rd party with sql server business intelligence .
Hi all, is it possible to integrate the ssrs sql server with 3rd party to help me doing some stuff? i want to integrate it with a graph-view editor that allow the end user to customize chart dynamically or you can say interactively , by bringing all date then let the user though 3rd part customize his chart without the need for unfriendly parameters that each time ask the user what he want to show then re-execute the request each time . or any third party that could help in adding html elements such as check box to the report>> i need this to customize my report without using unfriendly parameter . e.g. a report includes chart with 3-4 series and 3-4 check boxes each check box assigned to a specific series . when the user checks all the check boxes all series should be shown directly without the need for sending request to the server to regenerate the same report ,but with less or more series . please help me what are the possible 3rd party or if the sql server business intelligence support what i need help me ,but don't say use parameter; because they need to be sent to the server to process them then generate the report gain which i hate > unfriendly view :( regrades,

Hi MFM me, For the first question, you would like user to customize chart dynamically using third party tool, right? I suggest you can try to use Dundas for more information about it, please refer to http://www.dundas.com/ . For the second question, I suggest you can program with C# language or other language in Visual Studio to achieve your target, for more details, please refer to Visual Studio Report Controls forum: http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/vsreportcontrols/threads. If you have any question, please feel free to ask. Thanks, Eileen
