Hi, Based on my research, I would like to suggest the following: 1. Please ensure the Active Directory Certificate Services Monitoring Management Pack you have imported is the latest version and check the configurations referring to the MP guide: Active Directory Certificate Services Monitoring Management Pack http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=c486307a-e136-434b-9748-6f6c8f44216b&displaylang=en 2. Please try clearing the HealthService queue and config on the PKI server which name is not displayed as real name: 1) Stop System Center Management service. 2) Go to C:\Program Files\System Center Operations Manager 2007\, and rename the “Health Service State” folder. 3) Restart System Center Management service. Regarding PKIView, please see: AD CS: Enterprise PKI (PKIView) http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc732261(WS.10).aspx Please also capture a screenshot on the AD CS state View for our further research. For your convenience, I have created a workspace for you. You can upload the files via the following link.
