I have an Excel workbook with several queries and relationships in it built with PowerQuery and PowerPivot. Lot of work was spent setting this up. Is there a way to 'import' this work into Power BI Designer so that I don't have to invest the same work again?

After I've try Power BI Designer (Preview) there no have direct way to connect to workbook model.

Other way you can done this task :

1. New Analysis Service Project (tabular) - Import from excel workbook model.

2. Deploy it.

3. In Power BI Designer Get data from analysis service and enter your server name.
