I have the following error on windows id 28005 An exception occurred while enqueueing a message in the target queue. Error: 15517, State: 1. Cannot execute as the database principal because the principal "dbo" does not exist, this type of principal cannot be impersonated, or you do not have permission. I know there are already many posts about it but they can't help to solve my problem. According to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/938994/en-us I changed the account with no success. I would also like to try this solution: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/913423/en-us but I don't know wich is the right db I have to work on... Anyone can help me plz?

Hi, Regarding the error, please also try the following: LogReader fails with Cannot execute as the database principal because the principal "dbo" does not exist http://blogs.msdn.com/b/repltalk/archive/2010/02/26/logreader-fails-with-cannot-execute-as-the-database-principal-because-the-principal-dbo-does-not-exist.aspx I also suspect this should be a SQL Server issue. Since we have specific forums for SQL Server related issues and questions, it is recommended that you go to the corresponding forum for help: SQL Server Forums http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en/category/sqlserver Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Hope this issue will be resolved soon!Nicholas Li - MSFT Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
