Hi yyycx,

In VMM have you created a cloud and added your virtual machines to a cloud?

App Controller is only able to show virtual machines and services that are deployed to a cloud.

Kind Regards,

Richard

Hi yyycx,

It seems the user you used to login AppController have no access right to the cloud and VMs/Services created in the VMM server.

thanks,

Hi yyycx,

in order to review your vms in vmm console. maybe you can try to below steps:

step1.Connect to your vmm console => click the item "PowerShell"

=> then run the powershell command to create some virtual machine template.

NOTE: the path need change and i can't upload the xml file here.

step2. sign in app controller portal, add a vmm connnection.

step3. create a vm in app controller use the virtual machine template created at step1. such as the vm name is "created for yyycx".

step4. go to vmm console, check the vm in vmm console.as followed:

this all, thanks.
