Good Afternoon SCCM Ghost, As you already know there is no way to upgrade from SMS 2003 to CM12R2.

may I know reason why sms 2003 is not possible to upgrade into sccm 2012? second question is it is possible to upgrade into sccm 2007 SP2 R2?

It's technically not possible. You can upgrade to ConfigMgr 2007 and then migrate to ConfigMgr 2012.
