how to save a custom color palette for reuse in other charts in SSRS2008?
Hi, at my company we use client-dependent colors. In MicroStrategy 9.i, we have had no problem to save different color schemes in a GraphStyle. How can a custom color palette be saved and reused in other charts in SSRS2008? Thanks for any hints! Regards, Arcus

Hi arcus4.28, It seems that you would like to save a custom color palette in SSRS. I am afraid this behavior cannot achieve in SSRS, and you need to reset the color palette in other chart when you are using SSRS. Additionally, if you have any concern about this, please submit a feedback at http://connect.microsoft.com/SQLServer/Feedback and hope Microsoft improve this feature in the next service pack or product release. If you have any question, please feel free to ask. Thank, Eileen

Thank you Eileen. Is there a way, however, to save and enable reuse of a custom color palette by means of code? There seem to exist some Forum threads suggesting the use of code to be reused within different reports. Regards, Arcus (working on SSRS 2008 R2)
