how do I know who changed/updated a list view page? I occasionally noticed that someone delete the list web part in the allitem.aspx page.

Hi, You need to enable the Audit logs for the site: go to site settings > site collection audit log settings > then choose the options you need to monitor the audit. I knew these already: the problem is that this just log any action to an item. It seems actions to a page/view are not audited!?
