how to find using SCCM SQL query,  application deployed on win 7 machines with SCCM 2012 server or user/technician installed manually. Please let me know.

You most likely can't (because there is no criteria that would tell you the difference).

Like Torsten said, how can you tell the difference between CM12 installed applications and locally installed? Once you can answer that, then you can write report.

Hello,

You could maybe use v_GS_INSTALLED_SOFTWARE.InstallSource0 and try to filter out locations that seem to not have been triggered from the ConfigMgr (such as local temporary folders, or the user profile).

However, I would not say that you would be able to rely on this data 100%.
