We followed the below procedure to map a sharepoint folder. We now want to unmap it and remove it out completely. How can we do that ?

1. Select the Library tab on the ribbon. <o:p></o:p>

2. Click Open with Explorer, and navigate to the folder that contains the files you want to upload. <o:p></o:p>

3. Drag files and folders from your folder location to Windows Explorer. <o:p></o:p>

4. Close the dialog box when you finish. <o:p></o:p>

The procedure you provided is about how to upload files to SharePoint library.

About how to map a network drive to the SharePoint 2013 files for online stores, you could follow below steps:

1. Open Windows Explorer.

2. Right-click My Computer and then click Map Network Drive.

3. Enter the path of the online store publishing portal in the Folder box.

4. Click Finish.

Thanks for your response. 

Also i figured out that we can just right click and click on delete and the mapped drive will delete. Not sure, if this is the proper way to unmap a drive.
