"customer field" already shows user names who have requested for a service. You just have to add that column in the default view from list settings > Views > name of the default viewRegards, Pratik Vyas | SharePoint Consultant |

Hello Pratik Vyas , I have the customer field as required already but it shows blank when requesting new service request and the Show Field: attribute has Name (with presence) selected on the customer column. Do you think because it is set as a required field that does not seem to show the name? btw the created by field works fine and has the same Show Field: attribute. It automaticlly has the name of the person who created the ticket so not sure why it works for one and not the other Help Desk > Service Requests > Settings > Edit Column is where I am going to edit the properties, am I going to the wrong place? Thanks EricEric Hendrickson
