hii,

Microsoft Outlook does not have a limit on the number of recipients that can be addressed in Microsoft 2010.  However your email administration can set limitation to the number of recipient. You can restrict number of recipient per messages at different level of exchange organization. To know how to apply restriction checks this:

Hello,

You can limit the Recipient per Message. See this link: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-in/library/bb310760(v=exchg.141).aspx

You can also refer to this post by paul according to your need: http://exchangeserverpro.com/restrict-distribution-group-exchange-server-2010/

Hi ,

Based on my knowledge we can make use of transport rules to achieve your scenario.

Hi ,

In exchange mailboxes we do have the option like accept messages from & reject messages from .But those options are not applicable for your scenario.

Scenario :   User A only can send e-mail to users ( B,C) and can not send to other users

Known to my knowledge ,Apart from transport rule there is no other possible option to restrict the senders to send only emails to the specific recipients.

hii,

As i have sent you that link which contains all possible ways to limit the number of recipient to which a sender can send email. keeping in mind that user A limit to send email to user (B,C),  you should use transport rule listed in the given link according to my knowledge.

Regards.
