how can user groups - approvers, quick deploy users, style resource readers, restricted readers be disabled?
If I create a website too many user groups are added automitic in sharepoint. I don't need so many groups. I need only read, contribute, and owner groups. How can I let sharepoint not create so many group aotomatic?

The other groups you mention are created either: -
When you activate the Publishing features within a normal site collection OR You're working within the Publishing template.
Therefore, deactivate the feature before making a new sub-site or use a non-publishing template.
