hotfix / update for SCE 2007 SP1
Hi, I'm looking for a consolidated view of updates for SCE 2007 SP1. Is there a supportpage or similar which details all post SP1 hotfixes? Additionally I would like to know if SCOM 2007 SP1 and SCE 2007 SP1 hotfixes (and management packs) are interchangeable, as I understand the to some degree share the same codebase? Hi Nicholas, Thank you for your reply. I'm very well aware of the three links you provided. What I'm really interested in is a way to view the complete amount of patches for SCE 2007 SP1, and from that pool be able to pick and choose the patches relevant to my installation. I've found a non-microsoft solution though at : http://kbupdate.info/system-center-essentials-sce-2007-2010.php However I think it would be easier to find if Microsoft was able to provide a service similar to this... Hi Michael, Thank you for your update. Regarding how to find Knowledge Base articles for System Center Essentials, I think you can also try the search function of the Microsoft Support site: How to query the Microsoft Knowledge Base by using keywords and query words http://support.microsoft.com/kb/242450 For the results about System Center Essentials, please refer to: System Center Essentials http://support.microsoft.com/search/default.aspx?mode=a&query=%22system+center+essentials%22&spid=12687&catalog=LCID%3D1033&res=20 Hope this helps. Hi Nicholas, I have to admit that the search at http://kbupdate.info/system-center-essentials-sce-2007-2010.php seems to be the only way to gain a consolidated overview of all KB articles (and hotfixes), sorted by date. The search function at MS Support could also be used, but in my oppinion it's not as easy to view KB's by date as on kbupdate.info. Thank you for your assistance.
