Hi Sir,

Hyperv-1/2 and SFOF1/2 they are all physical host ?

10.0.0.2 can not ping 10.0.0.4 and 10.0.0.5 ?

Please check if there is any Vlan configuration .

Also you can use another computer residing 10.0.0.0/16 subnet to ping them to check if there's any clue .

>>

switch1 and switch2 connect to 10.0.x.x.

switch3 is for heartbeat 192.168.5.x

I would suggest you to try to put them under same switch for troubleshooting .

Hi Sir,

Did you test the connection before creating cluster ?

In my lab , the heartbeat IP are accessable .

I would suggest you to plug these heartbeat cables to the switch ports which the other "healthy" ports (you may need to prepare/test several ports ) to troubleshoot this issue .

In addition , if the hyper-v cluster owns two nodes I always use a cable to connect the heartbeat NICs directly to save physical switch ports . Please check if it is the root cause in your case .

Elton Ji
