Idan, This will show groups that have been projected into the Metaverse and exist in the FIM Portal. Can you see them in the FIM Portal? Additionally I believe that the Outlook add-in is limited to groups that would show up in the GAL.David Lundell www.ilmBestPractices.com

I can do anything from the fim portal... the problem is with the plugin... those groups have already been provisioned from FIM into Active Directory...idan

As David mentioned, the Outlook plug-in will only show groups available in the Exchange GAL. So this means distribution lists and mail-emabled security groups. Are you saying you can't see any groups at all? Is Outlook correctly connected to an email profile and sending and receiving emails?
