I have a library configured with versioning and required checkout. We are getting a File In User error when trying to access an .xls file. It prompts for selection of View read-only, save and edit a copy, and Receive notification when file is available. The issue is that there is only one user using this file and it is not checked out when he gets this error. Any ideas? This is a pain because it forces him to save a copy, edit it, and re upload it.There are no mistakes; every result tells you something of value about what you're are trying to accomplish.
