Hello,After understanding the FIM flow I have setup FIM 2010 and used the scenario on the technet in order to test the FIM, I have installed the FIM with the following accounts:FIM Sync Services uses: lab1\fimsyncFIM Identity Manager services: lab1\fimportalappsettings in the config file is as following: <appSettings> <add key="mailServer" value="http://ffimdc.lab1.com/ews/exchange.asmx" /> <add key="isExchange" value="1" /> <add key="sendAsAddress" value="fimportal@lab1.com" /> <add key="synchronizationServerName" value="FIMSERVER" /> </appSettings>I login with lab1\administrator and configure MAs as per the scenario and keep getting: failed-creation-via-web-services when running the FIMMA in export profile, when running the FIMMA in export porfile I keep getting:sync-rule-flow-provisioning-failed stake trace:Microsoft.MetadirectoryServices.ProvisioningBySyncRuleException: The partition filter criteria for management agent "ADMA" do not include an object with DN "CN=Mahmoud Magdy,OU=FIMObjects,DC=lab1,DC=com" and object classes user.where mahmoud magdy is a user created in the FIM portal, Any help please.Regards, Mahmoud Magdy

aha,got it working, I had to use in the FIMMA the same account used for builtin synch account which was FIMSYNC for my setup, is this behavior correct.now I am geeting the following error:sync-rule-flow-provisioning-failedMicrosoft.MetadirectoryServices.ProvisioningBySyncRuleException: The partition filter criteria for management agent "ADMA" do not include an object with DN "CN=JimmyBischoff,OU=FIMObjects,DC=lab1,DC=com" and object classes user.Regards, Mahmoud Magdy

In the ADMA properties in the configure directory partitions section,does the"DC=lab1,DC=com"partition have a tick next to it? Also in the containers section, check that"OU=FIMObjects" has a tick next to it.Matthew
