Hi, Why is it that in my matrix report, when the report is run, I see the + sign by th efield but still I see the gaps for the details fields? If I click on the + sign, it turns to the - sign and obviously see the details fields. Do not know why even when the report is not expanded, it show sthe gaps for the details eventhough they are not sown. Any thoughts please? Thanks

How did you create the expand collapse? It happens when the Visibility is not properly configured. One the Row Group click on Details group > choose Group Properties. Configure it like this.
