I have been led to believe that it is possible to sync / pass Exchange and OCS information across seperate AD's and therefore seperate Exchange organisations with FIM. Is this the case? I have an environment that is federated in terms of multiple divisional forests / domains with their own exchange organisations. We have looked at consolidation of doomains, creating an Exchange resource domain for the whole company and also external sync tools - such as Quest Collaboration Manager to sync / update Calendar /Free Busy and create a single GAL for the group as a whole.I am looking at where the FIM product set may / may not fit with these issues. You will be able to use FIM 2010 RTM for Exchange 2010 management. This should translate to your OCS scenario working, assuming you set the correct attributes on the objects you provision.AhmadAW
