estimate WSS_content DB size
How we can estimate Wss_content DB size where we r storing attachment file.

I notice that you have used the Discussion Type for both the questions you have just sent to the forums.
The standard for the SharePoint pre-2010 forums is to use the Question Type. The Discussion Type is reserved for (very rare) Information Posts from Microsoft.
In addition to that standard, using the Question Type means that people get credit for their replies to you which encourages them to reply to you.
For both these reasons please in future always use the default Question Type for your posts here.
