No guarantees, but you may have a better chance downloading 10130 ISO file and use it to install.

Once downloaded you can choose one of the followings to install :

1. Burn the ISO file to a bootable DVD or USB with at least 4 GB > use it to do a Clean Install.

2. Go to the folder where the downloaded ISO file is > right click at it > click Mount > click Setup.exe

Install will start. At one stage you will be asked if you want to keep the personal files and settings or keep
