error exported-change-not-reimported
I am getting an error error exported-change-not-reimported. I have checked the accounts and see no error in them. It looks like the Windows Live ID is capitalized in either the old value or the new value and it is not syncing the change. Another post said to delete the connector space to clear the error. What effect does deleting the connector space have? Is that the best way to clear this error?

We are planing on upgrading the build but not until next month. I would just like to clear the error for now. I have read for other errors also that you should delete the connector space but I would like to know what that does before tring it.

Grab the latest FIM build - there is a bug fix in there which addresses the problem where changes that are pure capitalization variations only are not applied by the engine, even though the process seems to go right the way through the request queue without raising an error. There was a similar problem with nulls vs. spaces vs. empty string ... not sure if that has been fixed too, but that gave the same sort of error. See Brad Turner's blog for a link to the download and an explanation of the fix for this bug. Bob Bradley, www.unifysolutions.net (FIMBob?)

These aren't going to go away really if you're hitting the bug fixed in the mentioned update. My Book - Active Directory, 4th Edition My Blog - www.briandesmond.com

Perhaps a (non scalable) solution is to temporarily change the attribute in the target system, and then let it be overwritten by the correct pending export.http://setspn.blogspot.com
